HOUSE RULES

When confirming the appointment you automatically agree to the house rules. It is therefore important that you read the house rules carefully before making an appointment.

- An appointment must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. If this is not done (last-minute cancellation), the full amount of the treatment will be charged. If there is a no-show (not showing up without cancellation) it is not possible to schedule an appointment in the future.

- Please arrive on time. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled automatically.
